It also supposedly features a 200Hz Perfect Motion Rate (PMR), but Philips is unable to confirm the actual screen refresh rate. The fastest PMR speed so far is 1,200Hz offered by last year's 46PFL9706.
An onboard woofer and a pair of Philips' proprietary AmbiwOOx speakers ought to provide audibly stronger bass. This model is also equipped with two instead of one digital TV tuner compared with its rivals.
